I am an Army Gulf War veteran with five generations of military service in our family. We are a faith-based family business, so honesty and integrity are integral to our process. I’m married with five adult children, have lived in Colorado my whole life, and am very familiar with my market. I have prior remodel and handyman experience and several years of project and contractor management experience. I have been a licensed real estate associate, a licensed appraiser, and have been doing home inspections for the past seven years. I’ve conducted inspections on everything from small condos to rural properties, starter homes to luxury estates. I treat every client like family. All of my inspections are conducted with the same detailed process. I offer one inspection process and give my best to every inspection. I like to spend time helping buyers learn about their new homes, and I spend extra time educating new home buyers about seasonal home care and maintenance. I make myself available to the client to answer questions they may have about their home. Whether it’s next week, next month, or next year, I’m always here to help if I can.
