Meet Your Choice Home Inspection
A Certified Master Inspector®
in your corner.
A clear-eyed inspection begins with experience, but it should end with something more useful: a better understanding of the home and confidence in your next step.
Get to know Jari
Colorado through and through
Experience that starts with service.
Jari Boehmer is an Army Gulf War veteran from a family with five generations of military service. The values that background reflects—showing up, paying attention, and speaking plainly—shape the way he approaches every inspection.
A lifelong Coloradan, Jari understands the homes and conditions that make the Front Range distinctive. He brings more than eight years of personal home inspection experience to Your Choice Home Inspection, LLC.
The company was established in 2023. It is a newer name built on Jari's well-established inspection experience and a commitment to giving each client the time and explanation their decision deserves.
A practical point of view
More context. Better questions.
Good inspection work benefits from knowing how homes are bought, changed, cared for, and lived in. Jari's background brings added context to the conversation without getting in the way of what matters most: a thorough, objective inspection.
A wider property perspective
Past work as a real estate associate and appraiser gave Jari a practical understanding of property decisions and transactions. That historical experience informs the questions he asks; a home inspection remains its own independent service, not an appraisal.
Knowledge built around homes
Remodeling, home repair, project coordination, and contractor management experience add useful context when looking at how a home has been maintained, changed, and put together.
Explanations that stay useful
The goal is not simply to point out concerns. It is to help you understand the home, the priorities ahead, and the maintenance decisions that come with ownership.
The work is only the beginning
Learn the home. Keep the support.
An inspection is a moment to ask questions, not a rush to the finish line.
Jari's education-first approach makes room for clear, useful conversation about the condition of the home, its systems, and the responsibilities ahead. Your report is designed to be a practical reference, not just a list of findings.
Questions do not always arrive on inspection day. Whether you are weighing a next step or settling into ownership, Jari remains available to help you better understand your home in the weeks, months, and years that follow.
